MHS PTSA Scholarships
The Milpitas High School (MHS) Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) will award 12 - $500 scholarships to graduating seniors of MHS. These scholarship awards are based on community service, school involvement and academic improvement.
ELIGIBILITY
- ​Must be a graduating senior at Milpitas High School in 2025
- Must submit a copy of your unofficial high school transcript
- Must compose a 800+ word essay explaining your goals and plans for your future education
- Must include a chronological list of detailed community and school activities you have been involved with while at MHS. List your responsibilities and duties
- Must have one reference from an adult in the school or community (This application form will automatically send out a reference request email to your provided contact, we get their reference directly via email)

Deadline: Sunday, April 20, 2025, 11.59 pm - Online Submission
NOTE: Applicants need to use their Gmail accounts to complete the online application.
