Join our volunteer Network

One of the ways we strive in our mission to encourage our community to be involved in our schools is our Volunteer Network. We will list out our partnership opportunities between our schools in our district and our community to strengthen the educational experience for all our students.
If you have an interest in volunteering, you can sign up for our monthly Team UP for MUSD newsletter. Please fill out the form below and you'll be subscribed to the newsletter. From the newsletter you can choose between the different opportunities for the upcoming month, and is usually published the last weekend of each month.

where to get a TB assessment/shot

  • Probably, the easiest way to get this done is with your healthcare provider. It can be done by a registered nurse. They will do a 5 question risk assessment, and determine if a shot and reading is required. If not, they will sign off the certification at that point.
  • But, if they are not available, you can email us and we will try to schedule an appointment with the school nurse who can also administer the assessment.
  • If you do require the skin test, then contact your doctor or the Santa Clara health clinic,976 Lenzen Ave, San Jose, CA 95126 (408) 792-5000. Call them for the latest fees and hours.
